to the Men & Women of the Arizona & Missouri !

The following photos are taken on the flight deck as we left Pearl Harbor.
 
Close In Weapons System (CIWS)--The gatling gun fires 20mm ammunition at either 3,000 or 4,500 rounds-per-minute with a burst length of continuous, 60, or 100 rounds.

 
 E2-C Used as early warning for the fleet aka "eye in the sky" The new chei fselects awaiting to pass the USS Arizona! Commander, XO & other officers getting ready to bring the men to attention as we salute the men and women of the Arizona & Missouri.
VLA (visual landing aid) used to help assist the jets landing, red means no go, green ok to land.
